1. Membership Overview: The V.I.B.E. Wellness Woman Network (hereinafter referred to as “the Network” is a membership-based community for women over 40, focused on holistic wellness, fitness, nutrition, and spiritual renewal. Membership grants you access to curated content, exclusive events, courses, webinars, and a supportive community.
    

2. Free 7-Day Trial: We offer a free 7-day trial to new members to experience the Network. No credit card information is required to sign up for this trial period.
   - Eligibility: This offer is available to first-time members only.
   -Access: During the trial period, you will have full access to all standard membership features.
   -Trial Period: The 7-day trial begins on the day you sign up and ends 7 days thereafter.
   -No Obligation: At the end of the trial period, your access will expire automatically unless you choose to join as a paying member.
   Since no credit card is required for the trial, you will not be charged automatically.
    

3.  Membership Plans: Once the trial period ends, you may choose to continue your membership by selecting a paid plan. Available plans and pricing are provided on our website. All plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
   - Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. For monthly plans, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. For annual plans, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current term.
   - Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any membership fees already paid, except in cases where required by law.
    

4. Content and Intellectual Property: All content provided through the Network, including articles, videos, courses, webinars, and any other material, is the exclusive property of the V.I.B.E. Wellness Woman Network and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use the content in any manner other than for personal use.
    

5. Community Guidelines: To maintain a positive and supportive environment, all members are expected to adhere to our community guidelines:
   - Respect: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
   - Engagement: Participate in discussions and activities in a meaningful and positive way.
   - Privacy: Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share personal information without consent.
   Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

While we strive to provide high-quality content and services, we do not guarantee that the Network will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
