Here are five simple steps to make prioritizing yourself a daily practice:
Step 1: Create a Morning Ritual That Sparks Joy
Starting your day with intention sets the tone for everything that follows. Dedicate the first 30 minutes of your morning to activities that make you feel vibrant and centered. Whether it’s gentle stretching, sipping tea while journaling, or practicing mindfulness, choose something that fills your cup.
